Challenging and redefining the beauty industry’s standards by celebrating natural beauty and inspiring a global movement of self-love is Dove’s core messaging and they stay true by affiliating themselves with real unaltered women with a diverse range of body types, ages and ethnicities. Thinking Dots had to create a digital campaign for the Dove Shampoo Relaunch in July 2023 and create awareness of the three main variants for Dove to regain their market share in Sri Lanka by promoting the Dove Shampoo and Conditioner Duo. The campaign’s messaging was based on repairing hair damage, embracing life and wholeheartedly embracing the essence of a woman. We secured the damage repair space using a tactical campaign complete with a launch event and a comprehensive digital campaign that educated users on haircare routines and suitable products for their hair type to create and maintain engagement.
